If you want to ship to North America, United Kingdom, Asia and Oceania, then you need to head over to either https://www.oneskee.com/ or https://www.oneskee.us/ where we ship locally from within the UK and the US respectively.

If your delivery address is within the European Union, you won’t be charged any additional taxes.

• Shipping times for the fully tracked standard service varies from country to country.
• Delivery is Monday to Saturday, no deliveries take place on Sunday’s or Bank Holidays. 
• We use a combination of GLS, Spring Global & UPS depending on the details of your order.
• Full tracking information will be sent to you via email once your goods have been dispatched.
• If you change your mind and wish to amend or cancel your order, this is only possible if our team has not begun processing your order. To see if it is possible, reach out as soon as possible to fulfilmenteu@oneskee.com.

Shipping times and options per country:

If your delivery address is not within the European Union: Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Serbia, Andorra & Albania, your shipment will be sent DDU (Delivery duties unpaid). This means you will be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.

Please note that all import and duties fees are non-refundable. If you return your order for a refund, you cannot claim back on the import fees paid.

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to our fulfilment centre, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS

Customers wanting to return an item from our EU store are responsible for the return shipping costs. All returns must be sent tracked and following the steps in our 'Make A Return' page.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for a full refund within 30 working days of you receiving your order. We do not refund shipping costs. Outside of this 30 working day period we are unable to offer a refund. You must return all items you wish to be refunded in one shipment.

All items must be returned unworn with labels still attached to qualify for a refund. We recommend trying your items on for size before removing any tags or protective tissue paper.

If items are faulty or damaged then we must be informed via email to fulfilmenteu@oneskee.com before the returns process is started. We will not accept faulty, worn or damaged products unless this has been agreed in advance via email.
