Make A Return

In order to make a return for an order placed from oneskee.eu, you will need to follow the below steps;

• Name
• Order Number
• Reason for Return

Please make sure your subject line in the email is formatted like this; Oneskee Return Request - Name, Order # 

2. You will then receive your packing slip via email from one of our team. This will include your RMA number, which is your original order number.

 

• Complete the packing slip in full and include it in the package.
• Write the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible when it returns to our warehouse.
• Please ensure the products are fully tagged and in their original packaging.

3. You must use a tracked service when sending your return back to us. Once you have your tracking information please email it to fulfilmenteu@oneskee.com on the same thread with the following details;

• Tracking Number
• Courier Name

Oneskee are not responsible for any goods lost when using a non-tracked service.
