A returns fee that covers the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure you send your items back in their original packaging to ensure you're not charged any additional surcharges which can occur if you send your items back in larger boxes/packaging.

You’ll receive an email when your items have been received and your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be initiated after this.
